Erik's Details
About Erik
Erik Guay was born and raised on the east coast of Canada and as such, was exposed to skiing at a very early age. How early you ask? Lets just put it this way, he entered in his first competitive ski event when he was 5 years old. A long time veteran of the Canadian National Team, Erik began training with a professional ski coach at the age of twelve. Since turning professional, Erik travels the world competing against the worlds best skiers.
Often a regular on the podium, Erik’s most recent victory landed him a first place in the Dowhnhill at the FIS Alpine Ski World Championships inside Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Currently residing in Calgary, Alberta, this proud Canadian representative is the first Canadian man to win a crystal globe for a single discipline title since 1982.
Although he’s frequently traveling the world in search of his next victory, Erik has clearly accomplished more then his fair share of amazing feats within the world of competitive ski racing.
