    Red Bull-backed Repsol Honda Team rider Dani Pedrosa grabbed his first victory of the season at the Portuguese Grand Prix. Dani had only just returned to competition after undergoing surgery and he is now only 4 points behind the Championship leader Jorge Lorenzo. Pedrosa shared the podium with his Repsol Honda teammate, Casey Stoner.
