While the art of the DJ continues to evolve, it remains true to one objective: rock the party. Red Bull Thre3Style follows the same pattern. In 2009, the little party that could attracted 10,000 Canadians throwing down to the 80 competing DJs. Halifax’s own, DJ Cosmo took home the championship and will return to defend his title.
In 2010, Red Bull Thre3Style goes global, as countries such as Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador, France, Japan, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States will sweat through their country’s top clubs to find and submit their top party rocker DJ. In December, 2010, they will join the winner of the Canadian National Final at the World Final in Paris, France. And that’s a party no one wants to miss, or forget.
