The competition in La Rochelle is just around the corner. It'll be the third time we've competed from the Tour Saint Nicolas and I am eagerly awaiting the event.
The weather is as unpredictable as ever and the crowd is always incredible with around 50,000 people turning up to watch last time.
After winning the event in Athens I feel confident and back on top form. However there has been no let up in my training as La Rochelle will see the introduction of three new wildcard divers, Kyle Mitrione, Kris Kolanus and Blake Aldridge.
Judging from the last two years of competition, we can expect an incredible atmosphere, gail-force winds, and a nail-biting event.
